What is Pilates?
Pilates is corrective exercise that improves your quality of life, no matter what your age, background, or fitness level. Each session is focused on the uniform development of your body in order to create stretch, strength, and control, resulting in visible changes in your posture and movement. A good session will massage your entire body from the inside out; the work is focused, rigorous, dynamic, flowing movement that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

How to Find the Studio
There is a public parking lot on Kaiau Place directly across from The Maui Vista Condos. If you have a car, find parking and walk towards the beach, when you see the public shower, make a left on the concrete public walkway. The property is the first one on the left of the walkway with a green lawn and hammock hanging in between the coconut palms. Walk a few yards until you see an opening through the planting bed. Welcome!
A wonderful teacher in the Pilates studio with the best view ever (ocean front). If you live on Maui, or are planning to come for a visit, try a session with Arlene. She has helped me recover from a major accident and has taught me so much about how my body works.

My wife and I are Pilates enthusiasts and for our recent trip to Maui were looking for a qualified teacher to continue our practice. We found Arlene, and wow, not only did we find a great teacher, but a wonderful friend as well. Arlene is not only extremely knowledgeable of Pilates and the human structural body, but of the human spirit as well.
