Swedish Massage: We use traditional strokes and techniques to increase circulation and lymph flow. It relaxes tissues and muscles, reducing stress and relieving pain. Pressure can be surface level to a deep tissue massage, depending on needs.

Sports Massage: Used normally to benefit athletes either in training or in need of maintenance. This is an active massage, increasing flexibility and range of motion in the body. It is also good for rehibiltation from injury or illness.

Deep Tissue: Your therapist will dive deep into the muscle using deep pressure to relieve adhesions and release sore muscles. This can be added to most massages.

Lomi Lomi: This is a Hawaiian Traditional massage that has been passed down from kahunas generation to generation. Using a dance like motion around the body to promote circulation and spiritual healing. Light pressure, with long flowing strokes.

Pre/Post Natal Pregnancy Massage: Benefits included: decreased anxiety and reduced depression. Studies have shown massage to help decrease newborn low birth weight and premature labors. Increases comfort and relaxation for mama.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT): Not usually for new clients. This is a deep and powerful pressure massage focused on specific areas and problems in the body. Can relieve acute and chronic pain from stress, injury or just over worked muscles.

Integrated Massage: Mixes massages, depending on the clients needs. Perfect for any client at any time.

Reflexology: Works in two ways, the ability to diagnose and also to treat. By stimulating points in the feet and hands, toxins are released and it allows energy to flow and heal.

Zen Shiatsu: Works on the physical and energy levels, by activating acupressure points and their meridians in the body. This allows the state of energetic balance and promotes energy flow throughout the body. During this massage, clients usually remain fully clothed.

Chi Nei Tsang: Comes from the Taoist abdominal massage, healing the internal dysfunctions in the body, and unblocks chi (energy). This promotes physical, mental and emotional wellness.
