All-Vegetarian

All of our products are completely free of meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and their by-products such as animal rennet contained in cheese or the gelatin capsules of dietary supplements. You will find certain animal products such as milk and honey, which are obtained without slaughtering animals.

Many of Down to Earth's customers are vegetarians who will not be comfortable shopping in a store that promotes eating meat, even when the animals are treated humanely. They believe that slaughtering animals to eat them is not humane.

At Down to Earth we believe a vegetarian lifestyle awakens our spirit of compassion and guides us towards a kinder, gentler society in which we exercise a moral choice to protect animals — not exploit them. Down to Earth's slogan is "Love Life!" It's based on the idea of "Loving animals, not eating them."
